1.        Arrive and set up approximately 1 hour prior to start of reception.

2.        Play background music as guests arrive.  Greet guests.

3.        Meet with Bride and Groom upon their arrival.

4.        Start buffet (when ready) with Bride & Groom, wedding party, parents etc.

5.        Bride and Groom eat and mingle.

6.        Announce and coordinate cake cutting ceremony.
